Spring and Fall:

In this program, players will learn the skills and drills to elevate their play for a competitive edge. We want to help them grow in the game of lacrosse but also grow as an athlete. Our teams will play competitive games to give them the opportunity to grow in a game speed environment. 

We also believe in setting each player up for the next level. We encourage and nurture the relationship with the players and their prospective high school coach. This will help the pipelines for the schools but also helps give the player a roadmap to what they need to do. 

All players must have a current US Lacrosse Membership.

Gear Needed: Lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, rib guard, cup, mouthguard, tennis shoes/cleats, WATER!!
