First Shot Lacrosse

First Shot Lacrosse are one day clinics that give a new player the opportunity to try out lacrosse! It is recommended to do 1-3 sessions, and then move up to Monsters or Development. 

The first clinic a player signs up for will receive a stick, ball, and pinnie. 

If a player would like to continue to participate in future clinics, they can at half price! 

This is for players in grades 1st - 8th

Our monsters program is for our discovery players, ages 4-7 years old. This division is co-ed. We believe at this age, kids should learn the very basics in a fun and playful environment! Monsters is for NEW players.

The developmental program is a progression based structure. The foundation is teaching proper fundamental skills. Developmental is for NEW players. 

This is BEFORE Spring Season starts so players are ready for the field!

Our U14 program is for middle school grade athletes who have some prior experience playing lacrosse. This division is a competitive tempo. Our program is designed to set our players up for the high school level.
